A Gen Con/Wizard World Crossover with Three Too Sexy Ladies!

Before going on, I should clarify at the outset that the above photo is not the three too sexy ladies and there are, in fact, only two sexy ladies in the photo.  The fellow?  Besides being very lucky, he is Alain Viesca, a well known artist from Oklahoma and the lovely lady to his right is Andrea Tollison, another great artist from Oklahoma, and also not one of the ladies in question.  The third lovely lady is Jessica Cox, a writer and artist (Rio Grande Games being one of her clients!)  Last weekend the three of them shared a table in the artists’ alley at Wizard World in Chicago and at Gen Con in Indianapolis the weekend before last as well.

As I chatted with the three at Wizard World I couldn’t help but look at Jessica and say to myself that I had seen her before.  Of course I held off saying anything until I had figured it out as I didn’t want them to start thinking I was a creepy guy trying to hit on her (“Haven’t we met before?  Paris?  Rome? Gen  Con 2011?  Come away with me to zee casbah.”)

While the three of them were at Gen Con selling their artwork, Jessica slipped off to watch her two friends, Yaleeza Velazquez and Stephanie Smith performing a dance as Grell and the Undertaker in the Gen Con Masquerade.  I tend to keep my eyes open and attentive during masquerades and I saw Jessica there (that’s my story and I am sticking with it.)

So without further ado enjoy an interview I did with Jessica about her writing and art and then the Too Sexy dance with Yaleeza and Stephanie!
