Lesley Scott Interviews Samiah K. Hinton Clothier of Samiah’s

Samiah K. Hinton of the Huntington Beach based clothiers, Samiah, was one of the many exhibitors at Her Royal Majesty’s Steampunk Symposium.

Samiah was born in Whittier, California but spent a good portion of her childhood near Paris, France where she attended the Rudolph Steiner School.

While a student at the Rudolph Steiner School she developed a love for art which sparked the fire of her passion for fashion.

She returned California and completed high school in Huntington Beach and then went on to graduate with a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

She has worked with several fashion design companies including Lunada Bay where she designed the Mossimo Body Wear line.

In 1998 she became an independent clothier and now designs beautiful clothing for men and women.

Her beautifully, uniquely designed coats, shirts, skirts, and dresses are designed with the wearer in mind, showing off their beauty of the body through a sharp silhouette.

Ladies and gents of otherwhens and aetherwhens will love the fashions to be found at http://www.samiah.com/
